# How to Share a Resource/Link


# Adding a Resource

To Share a Resource/Link on the right hand side of your Guestboard, click the plus button.  (**Note:** only Admins can add/edit Event Resources)

Here, you'll see a window to either **upload a file**, or share an **external link**. With these, you can easily pin Google Docs, PDFs, images, or important links with everyone in this event.

**Adding a Resource Title** is recommended.  If none is provided, your resource will display the original file name, or the given URL.

### Deleting a Resource

If you have a Shared Resource that you'd like to remove, simply hover over the resource to find an "X" in the upper right corner.  Deleting a resource will remove it from all guests and admins.
