Embed Your Event Schedule on Another Site

If you have an existing event website, and want to give your attendees another way to find out what's on the agenda, you can embed your Guestboard Schedule in 3 easy steps.

Step 1: Find Your Schedule Embed Code

On desktop browsers only, you'll see a button next to "Add Schedule Item". Go ahead, click it!

Step 2: Copy Your Embed Code

After clicking the button above, you'll see a popup window with your very own HTML embed code that is specific to that event. Copy this snippet of code.

Step 3: Paste the code wherever you'd like your schedule to appear in your existing site.

As long as you have administrator access to your website, you should be able to paste this short code anywhere you'd like it to appear. The most common places that you would paste this are either directly within the site's HTML itself, or by using the WYSIWYG site builder like Wix, Squarespace, etc. If you're stuck on how to place an embed code in your website's builder, please refer to their support center.

Important: By embedding your event Schedule to a public website, anyone viewing it will have the ability to join your Guestboard event as a guest.
